Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and pk626 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the pk626 website located at https://pk626.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered through it.

pk626 is an English-language online gaming information and service platform operated for users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform does not claim a physical office in Pakistan and does not hold any license issued by Pakistani governmental authorities, including the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan. Any international licensing context applicable to the operator will be stated separately within the operator's own regulatory disclosures.

By accessing pk626, creating a user account, making a deposit or placing any wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below throughout this Agreement:

Acceptance of Terms

Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed upon the occurrence of any of the following actions, whichever occurs first: (a) ticking the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox during the registration process; (b) completing the account registration process on the Platform; (c) making a first deposit or placing a first wager; or (d) continuing to use the Platform after updated Terms have been published and a reasonable notice period has elapsed.

If You access the Platform on behalf of another person or a legal entity, You represent and warrant that You have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pk626, You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Being 18 years old does not, by itself, make online gambling lawful in your location — you must independently confirm compliance with local law.
• You are acting as an individual for your own personal, non-commercial recreation and not on behalf of any business entity in the context of gambling services.
• You are not a Prohibited User and you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which it is unlawful to do so.
• You have not previously been suspended, excluded or permanently banned from pk626 or any associated platform operated by the same operator entity.
• You are not, at the time of registration or thereafter, subject to a voluntary self-exclusion order through the Platform or through any relevant responsible gambling scheme that covers pk626.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, consultant or close family member of any such person associated with pk626 or its operator, in a role that would give you a conflict of interest in relation to using the Platform for gambling.

Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on pk626 at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk626 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required by the registration form. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where required.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk626 will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. pk626 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Accounts for Pakistani users are primarily denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Where a different base currency applies due to operator configuration, conversion rates will apply. Currency references throughout the Platform (e.g., PKR 1,000 minimum deposit, PKR 25,000 bonus cap) are illustrative and subject to current operator terms.

Identity Verification (KYC)

pk626 is required to conduct identity and age verification checks on registered users, in accordance with the operator's licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) controls. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request at any stage of your account lifecycle.

6.1 — Acceptable Documents

Typically accepted documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) — front and reverse sides required.
• Valid Pakistani passport — bio-data page required.
• Proof of residential address — recent utility bill, bank statement or official government letter dated within three (3) months, where required.
• Selfie or liveness verification — a live image confirming that the registrant matches the submitted identity document.

Deposits & Withdrawals

pk626 supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods relevant to the Pakistani market. Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT) are referenced as familiar payment brands known in Pakistan. pk626 makes no claim that any such provider endorses gambling or has approved this Platform.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts, transaction fees and processing times vary by payment method. Please review the Cashier section of the Platform for current details.
• pk626 reserves the right to request verification of the deposit payment method before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to operator policy.
• Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before being processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, processing windows and fees are set by the operator and are subject to change. Illustrative examples (e.g., "minimum withdrawal PKR 1,000") are not guaranteed live figures.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

pk626 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards and loyalty incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. The illustrative examples shown on the Platform (e.g., "100% Welcome Offer — up to PKR 25,000", "Sports Starter — up to PKR 10,000") are not guaranteed live promotions and are subject to change without notice.

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible User, household, IP address and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Typical wagering requirements range from 5× to 40× — the exact requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon expiry.
• pk626 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of suspected abuse, technical error or changed commercial circumstances.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated tools or coordinated group play to exploit promotional terms — constitutes a material breach and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may lead to permanent Account suspension.

Gameplay Rules

Each game, sport or market available on pk626 is governed by its own specific rules. By participating in any game or placing any wager, you agree to those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the more specific provision shall prevail.

• Wagers placed and confirmed by the system are final and binding, subject to investigation for technical faults or rule violations.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, pk626 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the User's Real Money Balance.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results as recognized by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC for cricket; FIFA for football). Any dispute regarding results will be resolved with reference to official published outcomes.
• pk626 references Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 and ICC tournaments purely as sports context. pk626 has no official partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC, any national cricket board or any sports team.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviors are strictly prohibited on pk626 and constitute material breaches of these Terms, regardless of intent:

• Registering more than one Account, or using someone else's Account credentials without their explicit permission.
• Using or attempting to use software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event or game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime activity.
• Submitting fraudulent, altered or third-party identity documents during any verification process.
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name, or processing payments on behalf of third parties.
• Any conduct that harasses, threatens or abuses Platform staff, other users or third parties through any communication channel provided by pk626.

Breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), recovery of any winnings obtained through prohibited means and referral of relevant information to law enforcement authorities where required.

Responsible Gambling

pk626 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries financial risk. You acknowledge that the house edge means that, statistically, you are more likely to lose money over time than to profit from gambling activity.

• pk626 provides voluntary responsible gambling tools including deposit limits, wager limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. These are accessible directly from your Account settings.
• Self-exclusion requests will be implemented promptly. During a self-exclusion period, pk626 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new Account, though you acknowledge that circumventing technical controls to create a new account during self-exclusion constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• pk626 reserves the right to impose responsible gambling controls without your prior consent if our systems detect patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling behavior.

Intellectual Property

All content published on pk626 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software code and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the property of pk626 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreation only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from pk626.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk626, its operator, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, goodwill, business interruption or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its Services.

pk626 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any errors will be corrected. The Platform and its Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of pk626 holds its primary gaming license, as disclosed in the operator's separate regulatory disclosures. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

This clause does not constitute legal advice about the enforceability of online gambling agreements under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for assessing the legal position in their jurisdiction, having regard to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation.

Amendments to These Terms

pk626 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease use of the Platform before the revised Terms take effect.
